HM Revenue & Customs UK lost 15 million British Citizens records on CD!

Last week they admitted they lost a disc with 15,000 records on it. Now they wanted to up their game by a few of orders of magnitude. 15 million British citizens are now at risk after their data goes missing and HM Revenue & Customs has no idea where the discs have gone.
